| This was my first experience with Hackett Brother's Automotive. They handled my repair for a reasonable price, and even did some extra just to take care of my vehicle. This relationship seems very promising. I'll return for future repair needs and spread the word about the great experience I've had with these guys. |

| June 2023 I was to leave for southeast GA on Friday and the a/c went out on Tuesday. I called Barry and explained my situation. Although there was not an immediate appointment available Barry worked my repair in on Wednesday and I was able to make my trip. |

| Hackett Brother's always keeps client satisfaction at the top of their business model. Today is a great example - they could have repaired a work vehicle that has an issue - but they pointed out it was still in warranty -- I would have never realized we were less than 500 miles from being out of warranty. They shared that info and saved me serious money on this repair. I always trust this team - always! |
