The most honest shop that I've ever had experience with. Always fix my problem without fixing things that don't need to be fixed. Love these guys!

June 2023 I was to leave for southeast GA on Friday and the a/c went out on Tuesday. I called Barry and explained my situation. Although there was not an immediate appointment available Barry worked my repair in on Wednesday and I was able to make my trip.

Hackett Brother's always keeps client satisfaction at the top of their business model. Today is a great example - they could have repaired a work vehicle that has an issue - but they pointed out it was still in warranty -- I would have never realized we were less than 500 miles from being out of warranty. They shared that info and saved me serious money on this repair. I always trust this team - always!

|
The Hackett brothers have always been gracious with their time and attention to any repairs we?ve had. Our last visit probably saved us $1300 from what a competitor was proposing we should do. Couldn?t be happier with their service.

I recently moved to Murfreesboro and took my dads truck that I inherited and the great people at Hackett Brothers treated not only me with respect and honesty but also my father?s truck which has a deep sentimental connection to me. They contacted me with the issues they found before repairing anything which I loved. They have earned my business for all my vehicles moving forward!!!! 10 star service
